San Francisco

The city is at its best in the months of September and October in the season we call "Indian Summer". As with any time of the year, make sure to pack layers ranging from T-shirts to scarves.

Conservatory of Flowers and Golden Gate Park

The pre-party, held on 10-09-10, will be in an open field in Golden Gate Park while both the ceremony and the reception will be held at the Conservatory of Flowers within the park.

Accommodations

In the natural spirit of our wedding, we plan on walking to the wedding from a house we've rented on Carl Street.

The Cole Valley and Haight areas are beautiful and within walking distance to the Conservatory. We encourage you to stay around these areas rather than the more touristy Union Square or Fisherman's Wharf. San Francisco is so much more than Macy's and Alcatraz!

The Stanyan Hotel is at a great location and is a registered historical site of San Francisco. Don't want to stay in a schmancy hotel? San Francisco has a ton of great vacation rentals in the area, too!
